Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport number, residential address, and contact email address. Gurita4D reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Gurita4D will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised use of your account by contacting our support team.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Gurita4D will require you to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically involves the submission of a government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of residential address, and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Gurita4D may request additional documentation at any time at its sole discretion.
Gurita4D supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate account funding and the withdrawal of winnings. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal may be requested. Bonuses are available only to eligible registered members who have not previously received the same promotion. Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Gurita4D platform. Any breach of this Section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the Gurita4D platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Gurita4D or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Gurita4D.
Any unauthorised use of Gurita4D's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and will be addressed accordingly.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gurita4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:
Gurita4D does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitations of liability, those exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days of written notice being given by either party, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Gurita4D makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
